A retired magistrate in the Lagos State Judiciary, Alhaji Shafihi Ogunleye, has advised the government at all levels, particularly the Lagos State Government, to ensure that real estate agents across the country register with relevant agencies to safeguard the interests of all stakeholders.

The Chief Executive Officer of Muyuth Prime Properties Ltd.  (Formerly Epe Plot Finder), Mr. Muyideen Uthman, has emphasised the importance of submitting high-quality images from property owners who want their properties marketed and sold through the company. 

The lingering power crisis in the Epe division of Lagos State is receiving attention from the Lagos State Government as the Special Adviser to the Governor on Mineral Resources, Engr. Abiola Olowu, together with a member of the Lagos State House of Assembly, representing Epe Constituency 1, Hon. Abiodun Tobun; Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, Engr. Abiola Kosegbe; the Chairman Epe Local Government, Princess Surah Animashaun, and other top government officials, had a meeting with some officials of the Ikeja Electric to find a solution to the epileptic power supply in the division. The meeting was held at the Secretariat, Alausa Ikeja.
